Has anyone out there actually had success with the Charles Atlas program or dynamic tension exercise programs?
Answer:
You can actually make results by "dynamic tension". essentially you are contracting the muscles as hard as possible which does bring a huge amount of the fibers into action.Any bodybuilder will tell you that their condition improves after practising posing which is similiar.Personally, I can only work the peak in my biceps by isotension.
Charles Atlas is a fool . PERIOD!
