they have been known to cause anal leakage, and have risks for increased heart and kidney issues. and no, diet pills don't work long term.
Don't waste your money. Start on a good diet and exercise program. In the end, that's all Alli is anyway. It just forces you to stick on it or you get sick. There are no quick fixes, none that last anyway.
