Green and regular iced tea?

my grandmother is argueing with me cuz she is saying that "diet green tea is bad for you just like regular guers iced tea." im telling her "no, its filled with antioxidents, and has no sugar, no fat, no calories." and shes saying that "its bad for the kidneys and stuff", and i said "no, green tea flushes out your system, its good for you!". whos right?!?!!

drink the regular green tea from tea bags
They are both equally the same,the only difference is the calories in the diet tea.Both are good for you too.
No, green tea is very good for you! Just don't drink too much of it. Regular tea is also very good too. But be careful with the caffine because you should only have about 300 mg of caffine a day. I think 1 cup of caffinated tea has about 30 mg.
Anyway, you're right in your arguement!
Green tea is not bad for you. Your grandmom is crazy or maybe she is thinking of something else. Green tea is loaded with antioxidants and it also has been shown to speed up your metabolism. I know hot green tea nothign in it but green tea so its ok to drink but cold green tea probably has added sugar and such so its not as good for you
Why don't you try a normal diet.
I hate these inane fad diets.
Green tea is better than the regular iced tea but the long term effect thereof may also be as bad.Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
WELL MAY BE YOUR G:MOTHER IS RIGHT FOE THE FRIST TIME YOU HAVE TO GIVE HER THAT THE TEE IS BAD FOR YOUR KIDNEYS SOME PEOPLE SEE THE EFFECTS RIGHT AWAY AND SOME SEE IT LIKE A YEAR LATER BUT THEY R MAKING THE TEES NOW WITH A NEW SUBSTANCE RATHER THAN THE OLD FASHION TEE IN THE BOX THESE SUBSTANCES HELPS DAMAGE YOUR INSIDE RATHER THAN HELP IF U REALLY WANT TO SEE IN PROVMENT DO THE OLD SCHOOL WORKOUT IN YOUR BED ROOM FOR 15MINS A DAY FOR 2WEEKS THEN TELL ME HOW麓S THAT GOING AND DRINK LOTS OF WATER AND LOTS OF FRUITS OK
