Guys... can anyone tell the types of food that will provide me with rich calcium?i dont want supplements.?

Answer:
BEST IS MILK CHEESE.
Milk, Cheese, Ice Cream, Yogurt
Calcium is found in Dairy foods, salmon (with bones), sardines, seafood, and dark green leafy vegetables. Another good source of Calcium includes almonds, apsaragus, broccoli, cabbage, oats, and a variety of beans.
Cheese. Yogurt. Milk (2%; the fat helps your body absorb the calcium... honest!). Also, make sure you get out in the sun for at least fifteen minutes a day so you're body will produce vitamin D, which is essential for your body to absorb calcium.
Milk, Egg are the best sources of Calcium.
Milk and soya.Eat only when hungry and not more than thrice a day. Nothing other than water in between. Include plenty of uncooked vegetables and fruits in each meal, preferably 50%. Chew each morsel at least 32 times to activate ur body to generate signals of hunger/fullness. Obey these signals.Take light exercises and brisk walks regularly preferably twice a day.U will achieve what u have not even dreamt and that too in a reasonable time. Do not be in a hurry.
Anything in the milk group of the triangular pyramid.
All answers are good.But.If you have the problem of soft bones then see a doctor and take help, you may not be able to use the calcium from food products and so you must take calcium supplement and at that a strong, special type of tables that is made for people like you.If you are a woman and pregnant then you must take the special tables for the condition. Not every one can absorb the required minerals and vitamins from the food that is why we have this tablets that are water soluble so excess can be removed by drinking water. So there is no side effects.
You can go for Citrus..
plenty of milk and milk products is best and easiest source of calcium.incorporate milk and its products in the maximum ways daily in to your diet.
