Green tea to lose weight?

hey i need to lose about 2-3 pounds in two weeks. im currently drinking green tea, eating 3 meals a day, 8 glasses of water, and riding my bike every morning after i wake up. how much weight can i lose drinking green tea in 2 weeks? i know 2-3 pounds wouldn't seem like a difference, but it does look different to me since im not fat.

I am currently on the same routine, Only I run. I have lost 20 something pounds in 1 month. I am down to 105 pounds and I keep on loosing. All the power to you. Just keep doing watcha are doing.

The maximum you can lose and be healthy in 2 weeks is 10 lbs. You should not be losing more then 5 lbs a week.
If you've cut out the sugary crap, the fried stuff and the fatty stuff, you should be good. Exercise at least 20 to 30 minutes to make sure you get the most out of it.
If you REPLACE something high cal with calorie-free green tea, that will help you lose weight. Otherwise, tea is just good for you. It does not burn calories or fat. But keep sipping- its very high in antioxidants!!On your plan, though, you should see a difference in two weeks. For even better results, try eating 5 or 6 smaller meals throughout the day (which helps speed up your metabolism). Also, incorporating a strength training routine a few times a week is very helpful.
Green Tea isn't really that much for weight loss. it's just an antioxidant that can cleanse a bit.
If you already have a clean system, it won't help to lose weight very much because there would be nothing to clean.If you have 2 weeks, I'd say you could just eat slower (so your brain knows you are full sooner), and you'll probably lose a couple pounds within that time. It seems too simple to be effective, but for people that don't take time to eat, you'd be really surprised.
Another option is to grab something to increase your metabolism naturally, and that will probably burn off a couple pounds within the next 2 weeks. If you opt for that, make sure you avoid the ones with caffeine... drugs like that can do more harm than good for helping your metabolism because it can cause it to crash if you stop taking it after a long time.
