Guy with strange body proportions, help!?

I'm a super thin guy everywhere except my hips and thighs which are super bulky (muscular). I don't want to bulk up my entire body, how do I slim down my hips and thighs to match the rest of my body??
Answer:
If you want to slim down your lower body the best way is to do a lot of cardio. However this will only take away fat and might build more muscle, if it is mostly muscle like you said then the only way to loose muscle is to starve your self for a long period of time and that is in no way healthy so don't do it!
I would recommend if your not already just work on toning your upper body it will give you that muscle look without the bulk and as long as you look muscular all over then people will just assume that you play a lot of sports.
Just do some cardio and get on a diet. No weight lifting.
